March has been designated National Nutrition Month and the theme adopted by the Dietitians of Canada for this year’s campaign is the “100 meal journey.”
Approximately, 100 meals are eaten a month and the goal is to make healthier food choices one meal at a time.
Well WWT is all about travel, wellness and healthy lifestyles so will periodically feature posts this month to assist you in your own personal “100 meal journey”, should you choose to take this trip.
