Wellness Wednesday 

Aromatherapy is a great complement to yoga. Pleasant aromas help encourage deep breathing, one of the eight limbs of yoga. Here are some other ways to incorporate essential oils during your practice.

  •  Spritz hydrosols (flower water) in the room where you are practising yoga to set the mood.
  • Anoint yourself with frankincense or sandalwood oils for meditation.
  • Use an antibacterial blend to clean your mat.
  • Diffuse oils during practice to create ambience.
