Convenience food is just that, convenient. It requires little to no prep and is ready when you are hungry. Healthy meals take time but nutritionally they are worth the extra time to prepare. You can buy food already prepped but it is usually more expensive and has unnecessary (read: non-biodegradable plastic) packaging.
Your challenge today…healthy food prep. Chop your veggies, wash your greens and store properly (freezer for long-term storage and fridge for use within a few days). When it’s time to cook, simply ‘grab and go’.
