Your challenge today…get some teff flour and replace at least 2 tablespoons of regular flour in every recipe with it. It’s not a cheap flour (around $10 for about 500g/1Lb) but it can last a few months when used sparingly. You may also be able to get smaller quantities cheaper at a bulk food store. And why teff?
