A December ‘Advent’-ure: Day 2

Hello sleepy heads and welcome to Day 2.

Sleep is an important part of life and quality sleep is important for good health. See our previous post Natural Sleep for a definition of a good night’s sleep along with some benefits and tips.

Your wellness challenge today…

Decide on a reasonable sleep and wake time and keep it the same for the next 22 days.

Full disclosure, my bedtime varies (anywhere from midnight to 3am) and I usually set my alarm for 7am most days. Sometimes I really notice the inconsistency in my sleep habits. I’m right there with you in following my own suggestion for wellness living.
