The morning after

I’m going very cliché for this post. It’s New Year’s Day and here is a list of detox foods.

  • Beans for fibre
  • Greens: leafy, spirulina, chlorophyll
  • Lemon
  • water
  • Green tea
  • garlic
  • fermented foods
  • omega oils
  • Raw vegetables
  • sulphur-containing food (broccoli)

Here’s hoping your 2018 is full of wellness and travel!
