The Advent Challenge – December 17-24, 2017

And your last instalment of the Advent Challenge for wellness.

  • Sunday December 17: Put the phone down. Spend a day wireless and mobile device-less.
  • Monday December 18: Do some push-ups and mountain climbers.
  • Tuesday December 19: Go for a brisk midday walk, preferably in nature.
  • Wednesday December 20: Have an aromatherapy bath with your favourite essential oils.
  • Thursday December 21: Light a candle for winter solstice and toast the return of more daylight with some mead.
  • Friday December 22: Roast some root vegetables for a winter feast.
  • Saturday December 23: Volunteer at a soup kitchen or other.
  • Sunday December 24: Spend quality time with family and friends.
