Wellness Wednesday – Self care

As I stressed over what to write for today’s Wellness Wednesday I reminded myself of the practice of self-care.

Recognizing and taking care of one’s need is necessary for one’s health and well-being. I needed to post something but without the stress of wondering what it could be. In the end I relinquished the stress and decided to post this eclectic mix of wellness thoughts and tips. Enjoy!

Find three hobbies you love: One to make you money, one to keep you in shape and one to be creative.
