It has finally warmed up where I am and the appeal of working out inside a gym with artificial lights is less appealing than it was in the winter. It is time to take the work out outside into the great outdoors.
Whether at home or abroad, find a park and incorporate the following into an exercise routine.
- park bench for tricep dips and push-ups
- walking lunges
- walk/sprint intervals
- jumping jacks
- burpees (use weight training gloves to shield your hands)
- standing yoga poses (e.g. the warrior poses)
