Wellness Wednesday
Breakfast is considered the most important meal of the day. It is so named because it breaks the fast of a night without food. Refuelling in the morning, after a night that the body has been using its resources to rest and repair itself, is essential.
Whether having a convenient and typical North American breakfast or partaking in your hotel’s breakfast buffet, you will no doubt be inundated with an assortment of packaged cereal grains. These are often highly processed, stripped of their vital nutrients and loaded with sugar.

Processed sugary breakfast cereals.

Replace with…
