The World Cup officially kicks off today in Brazil. There are 32 countries participating but in the end only one will remain-the winner of the World Cup of soccer.
Soccer, or football as it’s known in most of the world where it is popular, is a cheap way to keep fit and bond with the locals when you travel. All you need is a ball, open area and willing players. Stuff Your Rucksack, a philanthropic-spirited online community, even recommends donating soccer balls to charitable organizations in developing countries.
