These are just a few things that can happen on your travels and cause stress. Aromatherapy has often been used to help alleviate stress and anxiety. When used appropriately it can help promote relaxation by mitigating the fight/flight response. It can also boost the immune system which can take a beating during times of stress.
Scent is personal. Chose your favourite from the list below and use the 1) inhalation method or 2) spray method.
1) A few drops on a kleenex, scarf or piece of jewellery that you have on your persons for easy olfactory access.
2) A few drops in a spray bottle with clean water. If possible, use an emulsifier to make sure the oils and water mix. Spritz on face (remember to close your eyes first.)

- sandalwood
